MyDigitalInfluencer provides an AI-powered platform for creating digital influencer personas and generating content (photos and videos) using artificial intelligence. The service requires a paid subscription to access content generation features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content & AI Output

You retain ownership of any reference photos you upload. AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial use. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MyDigitalInfluencer to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate real individuals without consent
  • Generate content that constitutes harassment or hate speech
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service

7. Intellectual Property

The MyDigitalInfluencer platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
