  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the MyDigitalInfluencer service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, generation updates)
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, including payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) in transit and at rest. Reference photos and generated content are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF protection cookies for security. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction: request corrections to inaccurate data
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Portability: request an export of your data in machine-readable format

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
